Our next SharkSchool with Dr. Erich Ritter will take place from October 3rd - 6th and again from October 10th - 13th in Shagra Village.
During the 4-day program that was developed by Ritter, the participants learn all they need to know about the behaviour of different species of sharks and how to be a safer diver while diving with them. Key goal of the program is to make the participants aware that there is no such thing as shark attacks, only shark accidents. There are no dangerous sharks, only dangerous situations, knowingly or unknowingly created by humans because they do not understand shark behavior. Ritter therefore focuses on understanding of shark behaviour and “just having fun and enjoy hanging out with the great buggers (sharks)”. The course takes place during the season of the Longimanus on Elphinstone. During the program you will make 6 dives on Elphinstone, at least one of these dives will be with Ritter or his assistant.

The package includes 4 x 2 hours daily workshops about sharks by Dr. Erich Ritter and/or his assistant, 6 boat dives to Elphinstone by daily boat and SharkSchool certification card. Important! The SharkSchool course package has to be booked on top of a 5 day diving package. The maximum number of participants is limited, so book now at your local travel agent!
