Our villages are small because we maintain a minimal-impact policy towards the environment. Each one of our villages has a maximum capacity which is based on the carrying capacity of the house reef. This ensures that our precious reefs are protected for generations to come. Our accommodations consist of luxurious beach side royal tents or plush chalets. Nature’s beautiful simplicity permeates our village theme and every guest room enjoys an unobstructed sea view. By the time your holiday is over, you will leave with a new appreciation for the serenity and simplicity of a nature based atmosphere.

PADI Resort #: 35827CDWS Center #: RSDC 3 The diving program of Red Sea Diving Safari is designed to accommodate any level diver from beginner to advanced and all aspects of the RSDS experience promote maximum diving enjoyment. Our villages were created in consideration of diving enthusiasts and our diving program covers more than 60 shore-based and off-shore dive sites.Our diving program gives you the options of unlimited shore diving, night diving, boat diving and speed boat diving to offshore reefs. We cover over 60 dive sites which are categorized into a "zoning system". Each village features its own zoning system and please refer to the village pages for more details.Our villages feature superb house reefs which are home to hundreds of marine life species and an excellent variety of soft and hard corals. The bays of Shagra and Nakari are shallow, starting from 1-10 meters in depth and slowly dropping as they reach the outside walls of 40-50m in depth. In Lahami we dive with high-performance RIBs including the world class reefs of the Fury Shoals.

Marsa Shagra Village

Marsa Shagra is a bustling sea-side village and definitely the most well-known of our Marsa Alam destinations. It is our gateway to the south boasting one of the most beautiful house-reefs in the Red Sea region. Whether you are a diver or just enjoy snorkeling, our house reefs features an abundance of marine life including; a variety of coral & fishes, reef sharks, turtles, and sometimes even dolphins!
